PandaTCG Reroll Submission and Agreement Form
This form is to be filled out if you have cards you would like PandaTCG to sell for you.

You will be instructed to fill out this form in any of the following scenarios:
  • PandaTCG is not live: If the channel is currently offline.
  • PandaTCG is live, but some time has passed since your order: If there has been a significant amount of time since your order has been opened on stream.
  • PandaTCG is live, but your Reroll request is complex: If your Reroll request requires additional information or processing and cannot be fulfilled immediately.
  • Your cards are part of a group break: If your cards were obtained through a group break, as we need to sort through the cards before fulfilling your request.
  • Your cards are graded by PSA or Beckett: If your cards have been graded by PSA or Beckett, as this requires special handling and processing.
Note: If your Reroll request is simple enough to fulfill after your order has been opened, you may request it through the Twitch chat as normal.  

After sale is completed on eBay or TCGPlayer, you will receive a percentage of the final sale, minus the cost of material (envelopes, subloaders, etc).

Kindly be advised that payout amounts may be adjusted at PandaTCG's discretion
PandaTCG VIP members - 100% of sale amount, minus the cost of shipping and materials.
All other PandaTCG collectors - 90% of sale amount, minus the cost of shipping and materials.

PandaTCG Reroll Program Agreement

This Agreement is entered into by and between PandaTCG and you the Customer who submits cards through the PandaTCG Reroll Program.

1. Submission of Cards

1.1. Customer agrees to submit their live break hits ("Cards") to PandaTCG for listing on an online marketplace.

2. Listing and Sale

2.1. All submitted Cards will be listed for sale on the online marketplace selected by the Company.
2.2. The Company retains the sole discretion to determine the listing price, type of sale (auction or normal listing), and other terms of sale for each Card.

3. Ownership and Possession

3.1. Customer acknowledges that all submitted Cards will remain in the Company's possession until the Cards are sold.
3.2. Customer cannot request the return of any submitted Cards. Once submitted, Cards cannot be pulled back out to keep.

4. Store Credit

4.1. Upon the sale of a submitted Card, the Customer will receive a percentage of the sale price in store credit with the Company. The specific percentage is determined as follows:
 - PandaTCG VIP Collectors will receive 100% of the sale price minus the cost of material
 - Non-VIP Collectors will receive 90% of the sale price minus the cost of material.
 - VIP and non-VIP status will be checked on the date of the sale.
4.2. The store credit will be issued to the Customer's account within 2 weeks after the sale is finalized.
4.3 Due to the volume of sales and requests, PandaTCG will not be able to share individual calculations for each sale.
4.4 If an order contains multiple rerolled cards, the cost of material will be subtracted from the total sale price and split evenly between the rerolled cards.

5. Liability

5.1. PandaTCG will take reasonable care in handling and storing the submitted Cards but will not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs while the Cards are in its possession.
5.2. PandaTCG will also not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs during the transit of Cards to marketplace customers.

6. Market Volatility

6.1. Customer acknowledges that the market value of Cards can fluctuate and that the Company cannot be held responsible for any Cards being sold under projected market values due to market volatility.

By participating in the PandaTCG Reroll Program, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
