進学かつ就職する方は「進学」を、社会人大学院生の方は「就職」を選択してください。
留学生の方で帰国後に進学する場合は「進学」、帰国後に就職する場合は「就職」を選択してください。
Please select "Continuing education" if you plan to continue your education and enter employment, and select "Employment" if you are a working graduate student.
If you are an international student and will continue education after returning to your home countries, please select "Continuing education"; if you will be employed after returning to your home country, please select "Employment".
