ETC Board/Committee Evaluation
Every well-functioning group reflects on how well the team is operating. Changes in board and committee membership, changes in leadership, and changes in the tasks and expectations all have an impact on the functioning of the group as a whole. In order to continue to function well as a leadership team, we are going to take the time to reflect on our work.
 
The raw data will only be seen by the Information Chair.  Responses, without identifying information, may be shared with the committee chair(s) and/or other members of the Executive Committee in order to improve the committee's functioning and leadership.  However, if you have a response that you would rather not be shared, please contact Brad Savage at infochair@etclassics.org to discuss it privately.
