Ash Meadows School Field Trip Request form
Please fill out all information to request a field trip. Field Trips are scheduled on Mondays and Fridays October 3, 2022 through April 28, 2023. Please Specify your preferred date and an alternative date. Picnic tables available for lunch.  Bus funding is available on a first come first served basis through teh Nye County Water District. 
After completing this form, you will receive an automatic response from ashmeadowsvs@gmail.com.This email confirms that you have completed the request form. In the next couple of days you will  receive an email confirming your fieldtrip date and time, along with additional information for your Ash Meadows NWR field trip.  Your fieldtrip is not confirmed until you receive an email with confirmation of your scheduled date and time from Kate Bloomfield.
     
Plan on the following times:
       Classroom visits are usually   45 minutes
       Site Fieldtrips are   2.5 -3.5 hours long. please specify
