Vendor Registration Form

Please complete the form below no later than 07/15/2023 to participate in our Church’s Extravaganza Kick Off for Pastoral Anniversary on 7/29/2023 11AM - 3PM.

Space will be granted in the order your vendor registration form is received.

Cost - Vendor space is $35 & Food Truck Vendor is $50 and can be paid via PayPal on gabrielmbc.org website. Just click the $ symbol or via Zelle using email gabrielmbchurch@gmail.com and include note Company Name Vendor

Note - You are responsible for your own table, chair(s), and needed equipment. If need power outlet, please let us know as limited availability. Please email gabrielmbchurch@gmail.com with any questions.
