Mt. Morris Consolidated Schools is accepting School of Choice applications for students that live within Genesee County, but outside of the Mt. Morris Consolidated Schools district boundaries.

****NOTE: IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR MULTIPLE STUDENTS, YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM MULTIPLE TIMES (ONE FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL CHILD). ****
Parent/Guardian Request to Enroll Child in a District of Choice:
All applications must be completed and submitted electronically to Mt. Morris Consolidated Schools by 4:00 p.m., Friday, August 13, 2021.  In order to be considered for enrollment, a copy of your student's behavior report for the past 2 full school years must be provided with each application. If the student does not have behavior incidents to report, a signed statement on district letterhead stating no behavior issues must be provided. Due to some office closures, there will be a section where you may grant Mt. Morris Consolidated Schools permission to request this behavior information on your behalf. Failure to meet this deadline will result in denial of request.
