Event located at: Cheyenne Ice & Events Center 1530 W. Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001

Weekend 1:  
Saturday, July 23 - Sunday, July 24, 2022

Weekend 2:  
Friday, July 29 - Saturday, July 30, 2022
10 am to 6 pm both days

No Refunds after July 1, 2022. All Payments are due by July 1st.

Spaces at the event will be on a first come - first served basis. Spaces will be assigned by the event coordinators. We will limit vendors to one only of brand name retail (direct sales) businesses (i.e.: Avon, Stampin Up, Tupperware, Pampered Chef, etc.). Some companies enjoy having more than one vendor in a like business and this will be arranged by the individual vendors and show coordinators. One example of this is LuLaRoe where multiple vendors may be present to give more variety to the customer. Please understand that your spot is not reserved and booked until it has been approved and paid for. If you need electricity, there are a limited number of spots with outlets. An additional fee of $15 will be charged for an outlet. Spaces are 10’X10. You will be emailed the week of the event with any updates and information.

Cost: Before July 1st - $150 per 10x10 space per weekend. After July 1st - $160 per 10x10 space per weekend. Electricity: $15 per weekend. A minimum of half your total amount is due immediately upon being invoiced to secure space reservation. Payments can be made as needed on the remaining amount until July 1st. Vendors with balances remaining after July 1st risk being dropped from the show. CORNER SPACES ARE SOLD OUT.

Please note, each weekend requires a full two-day commitment. You will be required to attend the full event, from 10 am until 6 pm both days for the weekend(s) you sign up for.

Cancellation: After July 1st, no refunds will be given. If you are unable to make the event that you have paid for and would like to have the option to exchange your spot to a vendor on your team or in the same business, this will be considered. Organizers will have the right of final approval. Exchange of payments between team members will be your responsibility.  

Set up: For each event, there will be the option to set-up the night before the event or the morning of the event, details as follows:  

Weekend 1:
Friday, July 22nd from 6 pm to 8 pm or Saturday, July 23, beginning at 7 am to be completed by 9:55 am

Weekend 2:
Thursday, July 28th from 6 pm to 8 pm or Friday, July 29th, beginning at 7 am to be completed by 9:55 am

Tear down: Begins at 6:15 pm on the final day of each event. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their own area, including the removal of trash. Trash receptacles will be provided. Early tear-downs are not permitted, unless approved by event coordinators. Vendors who tear-down early risk not be approved to attend future events.  

Additional details: Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own table and chairs. All tables and displays must fit within your booth space, encroaching on neighboring vendor spaces or the aisle will not be permitted. Vendors are required to cover their tables with a tablecloth or other fabric covering that is long enough to hide any stock or bags and boxes stored under the table. Scents and smells from your products should be kept to a minimum as some people have medical conditions that can be exacerbated by strong scents.

Vendor Parking: Once you have unloaded your merchandise, please move your car away from the building. This enables your customers and shoppers to park in front and near the entrance.

Covid Health guidelines: We ask that you follow current guidelines as directed by the Wyoming Governor & Health Departments.  In the event that the show cancels either due to weather or Covid we will send out information by Email and Facebook.

Facilities available: Indoor space, restrooms, and plentiful, close parking.

Application Process: Fill out the Google Form and hit submit. You will receive a confirmation email containing your form responses. If you do not receive an email confirmation, send us an email to confirm receipt of the form submission. Please ensure you have entered your email address correctly as this is where we will send the invoice and show information.

If you are accepted as a vendor to the show, you will receive an emailed invoice within 5-7 days. Again, half of your balance is due immediately in order to reserve your space. The remaining balance is due by July 1st.

By submitting this I have read and understand all the policies and procedures. I also understand that there will be no refunds should I fail to set-up by the time specified. I release Simplicity 307 Vendor & Event LLC and Cheyenne Ice & Events Center of all responsibility and liability for damages, loss or injury. In exchange for the opportunity to participate in this show , I do hereby, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives and assigns release and discharge the Simplicity 307 Vendor & Event LLC. and Cheyenne Ice & Events Center from all actions, causes of action, damages, claims or demands for all known or unknown personal injuries, property damage or death resulting from or arising out of my participation in the above described activity or events. I am submitting this application and release, voluntarily and without coercion and in consideration of the permission to participate and/or any other consideration provided to me in connection with the activities and or events described herein. I further certify that I am 18 years of age or older.
