***Friday Night “Zen & Inner Peace” Book Discussion***
Date: 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month
Time: 7 - 8 pm CT
Each meeting we read one section of “Zen & Inner Peace- Talks with Master Sheng Yen.”

Moving Meditation (20 mins)

Book discussion (35 mins)
7:55pm – 8:00pm
Sharing merit & Conclusion (5 mins)
8:00pm – Personal Q/A (optional)

Date: 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month
Time: 7 - 8 pm CT

Note: If you are new in meditation practice, we suggest you to register "Introductory Meditation Program for Starters". This is one hour program. It's not a formal basic meditation instruction program but is good for a starter. Please don't hesitate to ask for this program. It opens free to the public.
