“It’s called the practice of law for a reason,” right? Success in the legal profession is a moving target that develops with time, experience, and mentorship. The ADLA Women’s Section is thrilled to announce its inaugural Mentorship Program. Our goal is to bring together female lawyers at different stages of practice to encourage, energize and support one another. ADLA young lawyers (those under 40 or practicing law for ten years or less) within District IV (Mobile area) are encouraged to participate as mentees. Mentors are also needed. Mentees will be matched with Mentors within ADLA based upon the information provided below. Mentees and Mentors will be matched no later than May 31st.
