Remote students should use this form at any time of the year remote learning occurs.

Maximum checkout is five (5) books per student, and reliant on student's account being in good standing. Loan term is 2 weeks.

1. Use the catalog, Destiny Discover, to find your titles: https://search.follettsoftware.com/metasearch/ui/1257  or alternatively, provide ideas of topics/series/authors and we can choose for you.
2. Provide your information and book details below.
3. Complete the form and submit it by 10 a.m. on Wednesdays to pick up books on Thursday p.m.
4. Watch your email for a confirmation.
5. The Thursday following your form submission, come to pickup books at the front entrance of SA between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. You will receive an email to confirm they are ready.
