Pensacola Children's Museum Birthday Party Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in hosting a birthday party at the Pensacola Children's Museum. Please note, we do not have dedicated birthday party staff. Our part time college students schedules vary by semester. It may take time to respond to your request as we confirm staff availability.

Our rental times and rates:

Cost:

  • $150.00 party fee for 2 hour time block
  • $50 deposit refundable depending all policies are followed
  • Additional time available at $50.00 for 30 extra minutes or $100.00 for additional 60 minutes
  • No additional fees for after hour parties
  • Party size limited to 25 people total (adults and children)
  • 2 hours (this includes your set-up, party, and clean-up time)
  • Exclusive use of Party Central room for the party
  • 5 child friendly tables and seating for up to 25 people (limited by the size of the space to 25 people total)
  • 1 six foot banquet table
  • Admission to the museum for all party guests until 4:00 for birthday parties during museum operating hours of 10:00-4:00; after hour birthday parties must exit the museum at the conclusion of the birthday party reservation
  • $50 Deposit and full payment is due when reserving. Deposit is refunded by company check after the party if there were no issues
  • Reservation is not complete until payment and Birthday Party Docusign is signed and confirmed

Please acknowledge you understand that the Pensacola Children's Museum is an urban museum in the heart of downtown Pensacola. We can not guarantee that we are aware of every event throughout downtown Pensacola that may cause a hindrance to accessing the Museum. *
What time are you interested in your event? *
The Pensacola Children's Museum is a museum; therefore, we require renters to agree to our rules and responsibilities to ensure the museum is not damaged. Do you understand the unique nature of the space and are you willing to abide by our requirements? *
As a museum, there is no food or drink allowed in the exhibit spaces. Birthday party refreshments, including any candy, must remain in the Party Central space. Are you able to monitor the party to ensure the museum is not damaged by spilled food or drink? If damaged, your $50 deposit will not be refunded. *
The rental time includes both set up before the party and clean up after the party. Do you understand you can not enter the space prior to your rental agreement and that you must clean and vacate the Party Central room by the end of your rental time? If you exceed your rental reservation your $50 deposit will not be refunded.  *
