Please turn in EITHER a step count OR an active minute count (NOT both).
While many of our members choose to walk, our department recognizes that this is not feasible for all members. Active minutes may be counted in lieu of steps, such as wheelchair yoga, physical therapy, swimming, or adaptive weightlifting sessions.

This is an event that will last all year for fun, no pressure. As always, please consult your medical provider before beginning a new or more strenuous exercise program.
Steps/Minutes not submitted by two days after the month ends will not be counted.
