Please note you’ll need the following information on-hand before you begin completing the registration form:

1. A copy of the parade vehicle insurance policy with a minimum $2 million third-party liability.

2. Credit card to pay the entry fee. Entry fee is $25 for Non Profit Organizations and $125 for Businesses (early bird price ends Nov 19th) and $150 for Businesses (regular price starts Nov 20th). Note: Last day for registration is Saturday, Nov 25, 2023.

3. Your calendar to select what orientation date you or the appointed delegate will attend.

4. A good sense of your entry’s design.

5. One or two sentences about your entry for the Parade Commentator to share with the viewers.
