The space will be available for set-up on Friday afternoon and can remain until the end of the clinic on Saturday. All vendors will have a skirted table, area for signage and electricity should you need it. A list of all sponsors will be posted through the clinic and will also be in the coaches' packets. This form and payment must be received no later than January 2nd to guarantee space as we are limited on vendor space.  

All vendors are responsible for their own physical signs, printed handouts, etc.

Vendors will provide the GATFXCCA with:

• Participate in the Vendor Bingo Card, giving access to a minimum of 5 items for raffle/giveaways to attendees (any items)

• Vendor fee based on the structure below

• High-resolution logo for electronic marketing & recognition

GATFXCCA will provide all vendors with:

1. Table/etc. as mentioned above
   
2. Attendance at Coaches Social for networking
   
3. Attendance at Saturday Luncheon for networking
