The primary objective of this thesis is: first, to profile the digital nomads; second, to study the factors influencing digital nomads’ intention to stay longer in a destination, focusing on cultural contact, emotional solidarity, and social influence; third, to analyze the moderating role of weather salience between the relationship between these factors and the intention to stay longer in a destination; fourth, to analyze the relationships between factors and moderator using the PLS-SEM.
