We enjoy the creative process of designing unique offerings for small groups (of upto 10 participants). From 75 minutes to 120 minutes, our custom group class events range in cost, starting at $105, depending on time and materials. Please complete the form below, and we will send you an email with more details, and suggest available dates and times for your event. CHOOSE YOUR CLASS BASE from the options below. Each custom group class starts at 75 minutes ($105). In the next section, you'll have an opportunity to choose "add-ons" if you'd like to extend the class (up to 2 hours) *

RESTORATIVE YOGA - relaxing and relieving, this style of class is all about feeling goooooood in your body, soothing the nerves and melting into your mat.

YIN YANG YOGA- to promote a balanced mind, body and spirit, this workshop style class explores when, why and how to use the active styles of poses (yang) versus the passive versions (yin).

YOGA NIDRA- a pratyahara practice (sense-withdrawal), participants will completely relax on mats as they're guided through somatic awareness techniques, which often lead to deep sleep or dream states.

GENTLE MINDFUL MOVEMENT - a fusion of movement practices, custom designed for your group's differing ages, levels and interests.

CHOOSE OPTIONAL ADD-ONS from the options below. *

SHOULDER AND FOOT PRESSES - participants relax while the instructor offers gentle, hands-on shoulder and foot presses, often with lavender (adds 10 mins, $15)

TAKE-HOME SALT SCRUBS - each participant leaves with an Organic Herb and Sea Salt Scrub ($16/person)

HERBAL TEA TASTING - participants get to try an herbal tea, learn to identify the herb by taste, and learn the physical and energetic benefits of the herb (adds 15-20mins - $20)

SEASONAL SELF-CARE - instructor shares simple, natural and accessible self-care practices that are seasonally inspired. May include recipes, handouts, take-home dried herbs, etc. (adds 20-30mins, $50)
