The Ministry of Education has announced that in-person learners will shift to remote learning. Remote learning for all students will begin on Wednesday, January 5, 2022.

To determine the technology needs of students, we ask that you please complete this brief survey today.  

PLEASE COMPLETE ONE FORM FOR EACH CHILD LEARNING IN PERSON IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD.
