LEFC Worship Participation Survey: Spring 2021

As the weather improves and the situation with the pandemic changes, we are making new plans for ministry over the next few months, and we could use your help.

Our church leaders would like to know your family's current plans for participation in church activities this Spring. Please answer the following questions:

LOCATION. This Spring (April/May), our family is primarily planning to begin or to continue participating in worship:

Inside. We plan to participate in worship inside the auditorium.

Outdoors. We plan to participate in worship outside at the tent when the weather permits.

Vehicle. We plan to participate in worship from the parking lot utilizing our car radio.

Home. We plan to use the LEFC online resources to participate in worship from our home.

None. We have no plans to worship as a part of LEFC this Spring.

CHANGES. Our family is currently waiting for these things to change before worshiping inside on campus. (Mark all that apply.)

More of our family members vaccinated from COVID-19.

More community members vaccinated from COVID-19.

Fewer people becoming infected by COVID-19 in our county (a lower "infection-positive" rate).

New guidance from local, state, and national government.

A recommendation from our family's doctor.

The end of physical distancing and safety seating arrangements.

Masks no longer being required.

All health precautions becoming optional instead of required.

Everyone invited back to one worship time.

Not sure at this time.

Our children are already back on campus and attending Children's Church at the 9:30 service

We are waiting for more people to be vaccinated before sending our kids.

Our decision to send our children each week is data driven - based on positive cases in our community.

We are waiting for masks to no longer be required.

We are waiting for all health precautions to be optional instead of required.

We are waiting for everyone to return to one service before our children participate.

We are waiting for the weather to warm up so that windows can be opened.

We prefer to keep our children with our family when the church gathers for worship.
