Staff Application 2023
Thank you for your interest in working as a staff member at Birch Creek Service Ranch. The counselor, nanny, and cook jobs at the ranch are challenging, memorable, and rewarding ways to spend your summer. Application deadline is March 1st. All completed applications received by that date will be considered. We are very selective about hiring a team of summer staff who will provide the greatest experience to campers, so unfortunately NOT all applicants will be selected for staff positions. If your application is not accepted this year we would encourage you to please apply again another year, and contact us if you would like to volunteer for a short term to try out the experience or receive feedback regarding your application. Applicants will be notified of acceptance to the interview phase of the process by March 15. Staff positions will be finalized by March 31.
