Hi folks, this is a survey run for the international students only at Central Michigan University (CMU) to understand how they feel about the mandated health insurance policy. This is an anonymous survey, therefore, please complete it to help us understand your perspectives towards the mandated health insurance policy. This survey will serve as a basis from which we will write a petition letter to the Office of Global Engagement (OGE) and President Bob Davies regarding this matter.

1) Are you an international student? If yes, indicate whether you are an undergraduate or graduate student.

2) Before CMU mandated Geo Blue, did you have an existing health insurance policy? If yes, was it cheaper than Geo Blue ($1,532.16 per year)?
