What's your current monthly revenue?
What's your profit margin?
What's your average customer lifetime value (LTV)?
What's your average order value (AOV)?

Have you received any reviews by email or other method that you would like to share with us?
Where / how do you collect customer reviews?
Do you have a review handling process? If so, please give us a little information on this process.
Do you contribute to any causes or get involved in any community activities/initiatives? Do you have any wellness programs or perks in place for your staff?
What initiatives, programs or causes would you like to include in your future business contributions to your staff, community or planet?

List your biggest competitors - what other brands or services could you prospect use to solve their problem?
Tell us a bit about your target customer? Who is your IDEAL customer?
For example: how old are they? Are they male or female? Do they have children? Hobbies? How much do they earn? etc.
Now tell us a bit about what drives them? What do they love?
And what do they really hate? What are their pain points and pet peeves?
What is the underlying cause of their pain and what is keeping them stuck?
Why is it important for them to fix the problem that your product solves?
If your customer was to use your product, what would they consider a miraculous outcome? What would really exceed their expectations?
And what outcome/s does your customer dread the most?
What would you like your monthly revenue to be in 12 months from now?
What would you like your average order value to be in 12 months from now?
What would you like your customer lifetime value to be in 12 months from now?
Do you have any social media goals?
For example, engagement rates, follower growth etc.
Do you have any goals for sustainability or positive impact?
E.g. to be carbon negative by next year, to get certified as a B Corp company, etc.
Do you have any internal goals for positive impact for your staff/team?
E.g. staff perks, pay rates, bonuses, engagement programs etc?
