TERMS AND CONDITIONSThese Terms and Conditions serve as the contract between the customer and Charme & Chique (C&C). By paying and agreeing to the final invoice, the customer is agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. You will be requested to read and tick the box in the Custom Order Form indicating you have read, understood and agree to accept the following Terms and Conditions.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION prior to submitting your request.- Submitting an Inquiry Form does not confirm your order. C&C will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible with our availability and discuss final details. If you decide to move forward with your order and hold a date in my calendar, we will email you an invoice. Please note that C&C has limited availability and orders are considered on a first come first serve basis. **Your date is held once full payment is received and you are given 48 hours to make payment before your request is cancelled and the next request for that date is considered.** Orders over $300 may choose to hold their date with a 50% deposit. The balance of the order will need to be paid 2 weeks prior to your pickup date.
- C&C requires a minimum of 2 weeks notice for each custom order. However, we recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance as the calendar tends to fill up a month or more in advance, so booking early is better! In the event that C&C is subject to availability and is able to take a last-minute order (less than 2 weeks before the pick-up date), there is a 25% rush fee for the order.

- Custom orders start at $95/doz for sugar cookies and $100 for 6” cakes. Pricing will increase depending on the design, number of colours, airbrushing, lettering, intricate florals, hand painting, and level of detail. (Logos will have special pricing.)
- Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the interpretation of C&C, therefore small variations may occur from the colour and design requested. C&C will do everything possible to match your colour palette but sometimes it may not be 100% perfect.
- Cookies will be heat-sealed in cellophane bags for freshness. If you would like them individually wrapped with ribbon as favors, there is an additional charge of $6/doz. Cookies packaged in individual gift boxes will have special pricing.
- C&C loves having creative freedom to create your custom order given the information requested like colour scheme, vibe (simple, florals, rustic, etc.) and party decor. If you have an invitation, color palette, or party decor pictures you can share, please email them to info@charme-chique.com. If you have a specific vision for your order, C&C loves that too! Kindly note we do not replicate other cookier’s work but rather use pictures as inspiration to design your own custom set.
- Please note all products are baked fresh in a licensed home kitchen which is not a nut-free environment (Funfetti cookies contain almond extract) or certified gluten-free.
- C&C is able to accommodate dietary requests such as dairy-free and vegan. Pricing will vary depending on restrictions.
- Cookies will remain fresh for 2 weeks when heat-sealed or in an airtight container. Cookies will also remain fresh for up to 4 months when frozen properly. Buttercream cakes will need to be stored refrigerated until 2 hours before serving.
- All orders are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our premises. We are not responsible for any damage occurring during your transportation. Custom cookies are considered fragile and if not handled properly may crack, smudge, or have structural damage. Please handle with care when transporting.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders may be canceled up to 30 days prior to the event and will be refunded in full. Any cancellation made within 30 days is non-refundable and the dates are non-transferable.
- Any changes to design, collection time/date are at the discretion of C&C and may not always be possible but we will always try to make accommodations. It is also the responsibility of the customer to pick up their order in the event of their own delay.
- C&C reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances beyond their control (i.e. fire, illness, death in the family, etc.) at any time. During such times a full refund will be issued as soon as possible.
