*GRAZING TABLE * Q & A
Do you set up the tables pre-event?
Grazing tables are set up at the event location. Please factor in 2-4 hours prior to your event for setup. Tables are to be supplied by the client. Boujee Boards By Roz does not provide tables.
Do you supply tableware?
We do not supply tableware for individual events. We do supply wooden bamboo tongs and knives for the table itself, these are disposable. We also provide the bowls for items like honey, etc. of which are disposable as well. We do not provide plates or silverware for the guests.
Do you clean up post events?
Boujee Boards By Roz is not responsible for clean-up post events. If you opted for an upgraded Multi-dimensional grazing table, we will coordinate a return post event to retrieve prop pieces. All food waste is the responsibility of the client. Should you need additional services to clean food waste please put this under “special requests” on the event inquiry form.
What is the time frame in which a grazing table can be eaten from?
All food is stored in coolers at the required temperature per the Cabell County Health Dept and kept fresh during transport. Since the grazing table does not include any cooked items the food can be left out to graze for up to 4 hours. We do recommend that tables be set up out of direct sunlight to ensure the freshness of the items.
