Dori Middlebrook Educational Consulting & My Pathway to College™ are offering 5 summer series workshops to help rising seniors “kick start” the college application process. College admission counselors will be joining us to offer valuable insights and guidance on college admissions. Sessions that are Live will be virtual with Dori and Jennifer from 10 am - 11 am. The recorded sessions will be emailed and can be viewed anytime.
~June 7: Letters of Recommendation, Brag Packets, & Completing the Common Application (Live: 10-11 am)
~June 14: How to make your Activities Section of your application stand out and How to Write the "Why Us" essay. Valuable information from a college admission counselor (Recorded Session)
~June 28: Connecting with Colleges; The importance of the admissions interview and demonstrated interest. Valuable information from a college admission counselor (Recorded Session)
~July 19: Essay review and/or mock admissions interview (limited space with priority to our clients); interactive session - meet 1-1 with a college admission counselor (must have a draft essay and/or ready to interview); Live 10 am -12 pm)
~August 9: UC application guide and tutorial; Common app support (rollover, FERPA, recommendations) (Live: 10-11 am)
Cost:
-Free for comprehensive clients!
-Block/Hourly Clients: $100 package, includes all 5 sessions; or $25 per session
-Non-Clients: $200 for a package of all 5 sessions; or $50 per session
