FidoFest Vendor Application
Please complete this form to be considered as a vendor for FidoFest on Saturday, May 18 from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. at Wheeling Park.

Vendor Information:
-Each vendor is allotted a 10x10 space along the sidewalk the Wheeling Park (located across the street from the White Palace Parking Lot)
-Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs and pop-up tents (if desired)
-Electricity is not available at this outdoor event
-Set up must be completed by 10:30 a.m. on May 18.
-Tear down will take place once the event concludes at 4 p.m.
-To help support this event, a $25 fee will be collected from each participating vendor.
