At the moment City Gate offices are back to hybrid options (in-person and/or telehealth based) for sessions. In-person availability and locations are dependent on assigned therapist(s) and office building status.
Further, we have begun accepting clients again. However, please note that by completing this form you will still be added to a waitlist though the waiting period is significantly shorter. As spots become available, we will be sure to reach out to you as soon as possible.
Lastly, please be advised that due to privacy concerns, City Gate staff cannot leave voicemails unless that person's name is clearly stated in the voicemail. Additionally, outreach is completed through the City Gate Office line (716-883-7713), as well as counselor's direct lines. Outreach is attempted a max of 3 times, however, if you have not been able to respond to our outreach attempts, and are still interested, please call our office.
