In order to access financial aid for child care during MCPSD's COVID response, families must submit this brief Financial Aid Application for Child Care. The information provided will be kept confidential and is used to determine the amount of financial assistance the District will be able to provide each family.

An application does not guarantee available funds. An MPCSD staff member will contact you directly with confirmation of the amount of financial aid. All families will be asked to pay a portion of the cost based on a family income formula.

Financial assistance resources are significantly limited. First priority will go to families who qualify for the National Free and Reduced Lunch program.

Please answer the questions below and submit your application. You should be able to register directly with your assigned vendor for services even before this application is completed. You will be asked to submit a credit card number with the vendor, but will only be charged the amount due to the vendor once your financial aid has been applied. If the amount of aid offered is not enough for you to afford the child care, you will be able to cancel your child care registration.
