Help support our youth who are attending the Youthworks Mission trip
- St. Louis and ELCA Youth Gathering this summer 2022.

CHEESE PIZZAS: One for $7.00 or 3 for $20.00
SAUSAGE or PEPPERONI PIZZAS: One for $8.00 or 3 for $22.00
(CAN MIX CHOICES: 3 for $22.00)

Pick up Date - February 6th at ELC after worship service    

HOW TO ORDER:
- After worship services, January 2 - 23, 2022
- Use this online order form  (Brenda will follow up with an email stating it was received and amount due)
- Contact one of our high school youth or brenda.martin@elcmthoreb.org

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
-Checks may be written to ELC Youth.
          Can be mailed to ELC Youth, %Brenda Martin, 315 E Main St, Mt Horeb, WI 53572  
-Venmo - Email Brenda (brenda.martin@elcmthoreb.org) for Venmo ID
-We also offer payment with a credit card after worship (using Square)
