The questionnaire should take no more than 10 minutes.  The purpose of this questionnaire is to learn from you!  Overall, the generation of current and former adult leaders have not listened enough to the voices of young people and to the issues and concerns that you want adults and leaders to address.  This questionnaire is one way to listen to your hopes, dreams and concerns and to better understand what it is like being a teen in 2020.  This questionnaire is also anonymous to allow you to speak honestly about your experiences.  The CMM Institute (www.cmminstitute.org) will be gathering and collating all of the responses.  The Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping make better social worlds.  We will use the results of these responses to create activities and games for teens to help address your hopes, dreams and concerns.  Thank you for taking the time to help us better understand the experience of teens.
