This is the booking form for the Foxes, which is the programme for 7-12 year old participants at the Art of Mentoring at Clophill from 28th July - 3rd August 2022
In order to book onto the foxes one adult must be participating on the Village Welcome programme.

We are asking for an investment of £390 for the Foxes in July.  

The Payment can be Made in 2 instalments totalling £390.

Please setup a Standing Order Payment for the future amount.

£200 Now and  £190 by End of May 2022


Please note that all prices include all meals and camping. If you would like to bring a camper van or live in vehicle then please get in touch with us first to let us know as there are limited spaces available.

Cancellation Policy - If it is necessary for us to cancel the course for any reason, your deposit and any other payments will be refunded in full. Your place on the course is fully confirmed once full payment has been received. If for any reason you are unable to attend then we can at our discretion refund your payments minus a £25 admin fee *if* we can fill your space on the programme, if we cannot fill your space then we will not be able to refund it. If you are unable to attend then please do let us know as soon as possible.
