Henry and Barbara Horldt Excellence in Teaching Award - Nomination Form - 2019

The Henry and Barbara Horldt Excellence in Teaching Award will be presented to a faculty member who has distinguished himself or herself in the classroom as an outstanding teacher.

Lawrence Technological University faculty, adjunct faculty, and instructors who have taught at the university for at least five years are eligible to receive the award.

Nominations for the award will be accepted through the electronic form below, and faculty members, students, and administrators are encouraged to nominate worthy candidates.

Final selection will be made by the Provost based on a pool of candidates generated from all applications received.

Finalists for the award will be asked to submit a two-page Statement of Teaching Philosophy and a CV to assist the Provost in making the final selection.
