That's way more helping out than I had in mind, let's talk about partial WEX (three shifts).

INTENSIVES: Flexibility around the intensives is very helpful; both play care and the registration desk need to be covered while the daily intensive class is in session.

Go ahead and schedule my shifts at the same time as the intensive class slot

I'm a little flexible; I can miss one day of the intensives to cover shifts during that time slot.

All those submitting work exchange applications need to register and pay a $200 deposit at the time that this application is submitted. Work exchange will not be granted if wcciJAM has not received payment. If you ARE accepted for the WEX team, wcciJAM will refund you for the hours you worked once your exchange is complete. The refund rate is $16-21 per hour after the first three shifts of work. The first three full shifts pay for the difference between the deposit and an early bird full festival registration.
