Hourly and whole-day bookings
In order for your hourly or whole-day booking to be confirmed,
your completed Booking Form must be submitted AND payment
for your event must be transferred to the bank account detailed
below.
Whole-venue weekend bookings
In order for your whole-venue booking to be confirmed, your
completed Booking Form must be submitted AND payment for
your event plus a security deposit of £250 needs to be transferred to the bank account detailed below. Providing there is no damage to
the Hall during your event, your security deposit will be returned to you via
bank transfer within 10 days of the completion of your event.

Cancellations
One-off and regular bookings:
If you need to cancel, please try to do so 48 hours ahead of start of your booking via email. We understand this is not always possible.
Payments for un-used dates can be credited against future bookings, or a refund can be arranged.

Whole-venue weekend bookings:
Bookings must be cancelled 1 month before the start of booking via an email. Security-deposit refunds will be issued within 10 days of the end of your event.
