 This wait list form is utilized to show that your family is interested in your child attending the wraparound program Eagle Care which is housed in the Nixa Public Schools. This form does NOT enroll your child. Once selected for attendance you will receive an email with further information regarding enrollment. About Eagle Care ( TWO's/Step- Up) program: Option A
*** Starting the 2023-2024 school year, Eagle Care will only be accepting enrollment for students ages 3-5 years old. This transition will allow Eagle Care to coincide with the ages our school district currently serves. Staff retention within our program, specifically with younger age groups, has been a challenge while we strive to provide the best service possible to our families. Eagle Care will also have the opportunity to implement new tools and strategies to meet the needs of our Early Learning Center and Early Childhood Center programs.
 
  Child must be age 2 years on or before first date of attendance. Step UP- Determined by child's birthdate, children that turn 3 in the following months of 2022 ( Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov). Two year-olds do not graduate until the following school year.
Eagle Care Two's classroom is available Monday through Friday starting August 22, 2022 through May 19, 2023.  (178 student days)
The hours of operation will be from 6:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.  

***Due to the rapid growth of the Nixa Public Schools, we are unable to offer drop-in care.**

Our tuition schedule is based on a daily tuition fee multiplied by the number of student days for the year.  It is then divided by 9 monthly billing cycles. Your payment amount will remain constant for the year; however, you are not being charged for days that school is not in session.  Therefore, we do not prorate for days out from school (i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas Break, and Spring Break.)
**Two's tuition rate for 2022-23 - $725.00 a month
**ONLY FULL TIME CARE IS AVAILABLE**

A ten percent (10%) discount for each additional full-time child per family.  The discount will be applied to the older child’s tuition.

There is a $25 registration fee due at the time of enrollment. This is a one-time registration fee as long as you remain enrolled within an XLT program.  If you withdraw from the program for more than 30 days, you will be required to re-pay this fee when you re-enroll.  You must also pay the first month of tuition at that time.

About Eagle Care (3 years- 5 year old) tuition: Option B                                                                  ( MUST BE ENROLLED IN NIXA EARLY CHILDHOOD
Child must be age 3 on or before July 31st, 2022 to 5 years of age and fully toilet trained. This tuition rate is for students enrolled in the Nixa Early Childhood.
Eagle Care program is available Monday through Friday starting August 22, 2022 through May 19,2023.  (178 student days)
