President - Our fearless leader, presiding over meetings and helping the PTA reach our goals.
Executive Vice President - The PTA President right-hand person, assisting where needed.
VP Memberships - Driving our annual membership campaign to get members to join.
VP Programs - Help plan PTA events and programs through-out the year.
VP Fundraising - Help raise the amount needed to fund our various programs and events throughout the year.
Recording Secretary - Keep accurate & permanent records of all our board & association meetings.
Corresponding Secretary - Help distribute all our communication pieces through the necessary platforms.
Treasurer - Authorized custodian of our funds and manage, prepare and keep all financial records.
Financial Secretary - Assist treasurer in handling of PTA funds.
Auditor - Mostly responsible for performing mid-year and year-end audits.
Parliamentarian - Ensuring by-laws are up-to-date and meetings are conducted accordingly.
Historian - Collect PTA volunteer hours and preserve recording of PTA activities & achievements.
