UBUNTU Festival Vendor Application

Welcome to the UBUNTU Festival 2023 Vendor Application Form! We're excited to have you join us in showcasing your unique products and services at this year's celebration of African culture, businesses, and community.

Before you begin, please review the key details below:

  • Application Deadline: Sunday, May 14th at 11:59 PM MST. We encourage early submissions!
  • Vendor confirmations will be sent on a rolling basis, and all applicants will be notified of their status by Wednesday, May 17th.
  • Vendor spots are FREE, with a $50 deposit required, which will be reimbursed after the festival.
  • Vendors must be at least 50% African, Black, or Caribbean-owned.
  • Vendors will be showcasing their products on Sunday, May 28th from 10 am to 6 pm.
