We are happy to announce that we will be participating in the SNACK PACK Program this year. We have partnered with the Scooter Scott project to provide food to children at no cost to you. Please complete the form below if you are interested in your child participating.

There are limited bags available. Forms are accepted on a first come first serve basis because of the limited supply. Any over the amount received will be placed on a waiting list.

**By completing and submitting this form...you acknowledge that food allergies may prevent some foods from being distributed. Due to the funding of this program, substitutes are difficult. You as the parent will check the entire food package before serving your child.
