We are asking you, as parents, to donate one of your prized or homemade desserts for the event.  Please drop off your donation in a non-returnable dish to the high school main foyer between 10:30 A. M and 2:30 P. M. on the day of the performance. In preparing your desserts for the event, we would like to remind you that presentation is everything for an auction. For example, a simple batch of home baked cookies is transformed when arranged in a decorative basket or platter (realizing that anything you donate won’t be returned). It is also very helpful to the organizers and auctioneers if you label the name and other important information of the dessert on your donation.

We are looking for volunteers to assist with the dessert auctions, the bid table, check out, and other general help. Please consider volunteering to help out in this event, we need plenty of volunteers. Once the form closes, you will be contacted week of the concert about your job and time slot.
