UM WWP Walk-a-thon Pledge Form
Hello! Welcome to the UMich Women's Club Waterpolo Walk-a-thon pledge form! If you're considering pledging you can select the amount you would like to pledge to your waterpolo player below.
On the first weekend of October your player will choose one 24 hours period (12 am - 12 am) to walk as many miles as possible. They'll track their mileage and submit it to us, and then we'll calculate how much they've raised based on the number of miles they walked! At this point we will reach out to you through your preferred method of contact and request payment based on the amount you pledged. For example, if you pledged $3 per mile and your player walked 9 miles, you would pay $27.
If you would prefer not to make a pledge and instead donate a set amount please indicate so in the form below.
