Please submit one application for each performing ensemble. If you are interested in ordering a plaque with your festival experience, this form must be completed by February 18.

Entry fee per group size: (Price includes adjudication, sight-reading, and certificates)

50 singers and under: $160
51-80 singers: $200
81 singers and up: $300

Please make entry fee payable to CMEA-SBS.

No places will be held without application and fee.
