2022年08月21日（日）は、上野の森キリスト教会・JTJ宣教神学校3階にて午後1時から礼拝を行います。
40名（限定）の方々に礼拝出席いただけますが、事前申し込み制にさせていただきます。
初めての方や未信者の方と同行したい方が優先される場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承いただけますようお願いいたします。

住所、氏名、連絡先、小学生以下のお子さんの年齢を必ず入力下さいますようお願いいたします。
（年齢により、お子さんも参加人数に含まれます。）

上野の森キリスト教会・JTJ宣教神学校（3階）での礼拝出席にあたってのお願い 〜（必ずお読みください。）

・礼拝当日は必ず検温をし、体温が37.5度もしくは平熱+1度以下であることを確認してから会場に向かうようにしてください。
・24時間前から前日までにご自身、または同居するご家族/同居人などに37.5度もしくは平熱+1度以上の発熱や体調不良が見られた場合、上野の森キリスト教会・JTJ宣教神学校（3階）での礼拝出席は控えるようお願いします。
   また、その際は早めにevents@gracecitychurch.jpにご連絡ください。
・当日の入室可能時間は12:40～、退出時間は15:00です。ご協力をお願いいたします。
・入室の際は、マスクの着用と手のアルコール消毒を必ず行ってください。
また、受付にて検温をいたしますので予めご了承ください。


We will have a worship service from 1pm at the Uenonomori Christian Church 3F on August 21st. We will only be able to accommodate 40 people.  Because of the limited number of places available, we are using an application system.
Please understand that those who are first timer or want to accompany non-Christians will receive priority.

Please apply by giving your address, name, contact information and the ages of any children below grade school age.  (Children will be included in the limit of 40 people.)

- Please read the instructions from Uenonomori Christian Church concerning worship participants.
- Please take your temperature on the day you will be attending, and make sure that it is no higher than 37.5℃.
- If you are with family members or anyone who has a temperature higher than 37.5 in the period of 24 hours preceding the worship service, then please refrain from attending.  In that case, please notify events@gracecitychurch.jp as soon as possible.
- On the day of the worship service, the room will only be open from 12:40 until 15:00.
- Please wear a mask in the room and use the alcohol hand sanitizer.
