Arbor Heights PTSA Enrichment Program Volunteer Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in volunteering in our after school PTA enrichment program! Volunteers are critical to this program, and we appreciate your help. In exchange for your time after school, your child will receive one complimentary enrichment class for spring trimester and priority registration for other classes. Please read the requirements and if you think you may be able to commit to the role, please fill out the form. We will be in touch. Thank you!

Responsibilities: 
  • Act as the on-site point person for the Enrichment Program, help with attendance, and be back-up for emergency help
  • Volunteers are NOT required to be assistants in the classes, they will float between the classes to observe
  • Commit to one day per week, for length of after school program: classes 60-90 minutes, 8 week session 
  • Ideally volunteer on the day your child is attending an after school class and be available consistently on your day of the week throughout the spring trimester
  • Work with other volunteers to get your day covered if you are unable to be there
  • Complete the SPS volunteer application (its very easy!)  https://www.seattleschools.org/departments/volunteer/
  • Must be an Arbor Heights PTA member (membership costs $15, https://arborheightsptsa.org
  • Volunteer may have a child with them who is not attending a class, they must supervise child.
