Youth Mental Health First Aid
Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. This training gives adults who work with youth the skills they need to reach out and provide initial support to adolescents (ages 12-18) who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to the appropriate care. This training will be held on January 31, 2023 from 8:30-3:00 at the ROE #3 Professional Development Center.  The cost to attend this training is $120/person and lunch will be provided. Upon completion of the training 6.0 professional development hours will provided. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m.
