Thanks for being willing to help out with our 2nd Annual Spring Fling!
It takes a village to create an event like this.

The Spring Fling is all about:
• fun for the kids
• enjoying spring together as a community
• raising awareness and getting people on the ground to learn more about the Warm Springs vision
• and a bit of fundraising

Before Saturday, April 20th

Gather raffles prizes and/or sponsor donations

Come to the "egg stuffing" party on Saturday, April 13th at 3pm, 840 N 300 W (in the basement of the building, enter on south end)

Spread the word (on FB and/or tell your friends)

Pick up the stage on Friday, April 19th in a pickup truck

Help build a face-in-the-hole photo background

Day of Spring Fling

Saturday, April 20th

Help setup (starting at 10:00am)

Hide Easter Eggs

Kid Wrangling during the Easter Egg hunt and afterwards

Help kids at the Crafts table

Perform fun music, share a story, poem or other fun thing onstage

Be a spokesperson at the Warm Springs Alliance table

Sell raffle tickets

Take a shift wearing an adorable (and probably hot) bunny mascot suit and be adored by children

Be a Hot Spring Docent (sit at the "headwaters" of the spring to share info and answer questions)

Clean up/breakdown (starting at 4:00, till we're done)

Be a "floater" helping wherever needed
