You can apply to book a place on any of the 2020 Active Rider Camps by using this form.

This form manages the initial registrations when this event is open for business and stops us becoming overbooked.

You are invited to book a place on a first come first served basis, for you the applicant only.  

All initial successful applicants will receive an email containing a link to an event booking form subject to the terms and conditions below. If you do not receive an invitation email then your details will remain on the wait list in case a place becomes available due to a cancellation.

Once the camp is full this form populates a spreadsheet which then becomes the wait list for this event.  All wait list applicants will be date and time stamped.

*Places for this event are limited, only apply if you are committed to attend.
*Please note the cancellation T&C's - no deviation of these rules will occur in 2020 regardless of situation or relationship
*Offers of a place are NON TRANSFERABLE and are only valid for the named person.
*One form please for one horse (ie: you can not use one application form for 2 horses)
*Only correctly completed forms will be accepted.

From the time the email is sent, you will have 24 hours to complete your booking and pay the deposit, otherwise your place will be forfeited and you will have to reapply to join the wait list.  Jane will announce on the Active Rider event date page when she has issued the emails - this is to get you to check your spam folders etc.

All bookings are subject to the event and website Terms and Conditions of Active Rider. You are reminded that only riders aged 16 years and over are permitted to ride at an Active Rider camp in 2020.

Any decision related to the wait list is at the sole discretion of Active Rider and no discussions will be entered into.

Names of the riders who have successfully made it onto the Camp will be posted to the Facebook Group Page as soon as possible.

Due to the increasing demands from Somerford Park Farm we will be asking people to volunteer to help whilst at camp this weekend. You will be expected to donate at least 1 hour of your time to help keep the facility to the standard which SPF expect.  If you do not want to do this then please do not book on - we need people to muck in. This stops us recruiting more paid staff and keeps the cost down for you. A timetable will be up at camp - duties include: poo picking the arenas, helping to set up, helping to walk the arenas to check leaving spotless 3.30pm Sunday, kitchen duties, emptying bins, clearing tables each morning etc.

We have to limit the amount of dressage riders on the Horsecamps. This is to make sure we have enough arenas and coaches for everyone. Plus it enables us to keep the flat riders in pairs.
