We all have implicit bias. These unconscious messages are influenced by our life experiences and the messages we are given about ourselves and others. Guest speaker, Tiffany Taylor Smith, will share further conversation on implicit bias and discuss ways we can limit the impact of these biases on our beliefs and actions. **Due to health & safety precautions, this event is limited to 75 people.
