Lake Catholic Placement Exam Sign Up

For the 2020/2021 school year, students interested in applying to Lake Catholic for their 9th grade year will take the OLSAT placement test. This test will help us place your student in the correct classes for their freshman year. The exam fee of $20 is due on the day of the test (payable by cash or check).

Students should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled test time and check in with the test proctor. The test will take approximately one hour.

If your child requires accommodations on their exam, please call the admissions office before scheduling.

Students must pre-register using this form to take the exam, in order to ensure we have enough space available. Please do not schedule exams less than two school days in advance, thank you!

*For a student's exam score to be considered for a score-based scholarship, their exam must be take by November 24. For a score to be considered for scholarship, the exam must be taken at Lake Catholic.
