This form can be used to nominate yourself or someone you know for the AUV Symposium 'Mid-Career rising star award' and 'Lifetime Achievement award' in marine robotics, to be awarded at the AUV 2022 Symposium in Singapore, September 19-21, 2022.

Requirements for Mid-career rising star award:
- Must be an IEEE OES member
- Must have atleast 8 years of experience in oceanic engineering and field marine robotics

Requirements for Lifetime Achievement award:
- Must be an IEEE OES member
- Must have atleast 15 years of experience in oceanic engineering and field marine robotics

The awardee(s) may be requested to give a talk.
