Rules:
1. Original Art and Crafts only please. All sale items must be hand-crafted. No kits, dealers or commercially produce items please.

2. Registration is $40.00 for a 10’ x 10’ booth space. (non-profits are $10). All materials must stay in the allotted space for your booth. Additional adjacent booths can be purchased if needed. Electricity is available for an extra $10. Please specify amps need for electricity on the registration form.

3. All vendors must comply with county, town, and state ordinances, taxes and laws.

4. Vendors are responsible for complying with Virginia Health Department and CDC guidelines in relation to COVID-19, and are responsible for the compliance of their customers with said guidelines.

5. No Pets/animals allowed on site.

6. Booth hours are set up by 9am – 4pm. All booths must be set up prior to start of event at 9am and cannot be taken down until the event is over or otherwise given permission.

7. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs and any other displays or equipment. Please bring sandbags or water-filled milk jugs to weigh down your tent.

8. Do not leave your booth unattended. The festival/Town of Mount Jackson/Mount Jackson Hometown Partnership will assume no responsibility for any loss which might occur.

9. This is a rain or shine event. Refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation.

10. Entry deadline is September 24th, 2022. Payment must accompany registration. Confirmation will sent out as we receive applications and your entry is received by our jury. No Payments will be received after the day of the festival.

11. After unloading, all vendors are to park their vehicles at the designated Vendor parking area on the south side of town hall. There is no on-street parking for vendors during the festival. Please leave on- street parking for the public.

12. Spots are assigned prior to the festival. If you have any limitations or requirements for your booth location, you must state so when you turn in your application.
