Hello! We are asking parents of PGSD students to participate in a short survey to aid the school district in planning for next school year. While the 21-22 school year seems like a long ways a way, our schools are already making plans on how they can best serve the needs of your children. Please answer these questions with your best estimation on how you feel your child would be best served in their instruction next school year. If you have more than one child this survey should allow you to answer for all of them.
